Exchanges and Returns

Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais is responsible for sending exactly the product(s) chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, but he can exchange or return it if he wants to;

The deadline for exchange or return due to regret is 7 calendar days after receipt. The product(s) must be without any sign of use, in perfect condition and must be returned in its original packaging, properly packaged and protected;

Send an email to [email protected] with the reason for the exchange or withdrawal and request the address for returning the product(s);

You can return the product(s) and choose one of the following modalities: Refund, Shopping Voucher or Exchange for another product(s) of the same value;

If the order was paid via Credit Card, the refund will be made by the administrator of the card used in the purchase, and it may take up to two invoices for the amount to appear. In the case of a bank slip or transfers, we at Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais will make the refund within 15 (fifteen) days. We do not refund the cost of shipping, only the value(s) of the product(s);

The initial and final freight costs for exchanging the product(s) are the responsibility of the buyer;

The refund/refund will only be made after receipt and confirmation that the product(s) is(are) without signs of use and in perfect condition and in the original packaging;

After the 7 consecutive days, Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais has no obligation to exchange or reverse/refund the amount paid for an order due to regret.

Defects and Damage

Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais guarantees 30 days to exchange any product that presents a defect, as long as it is not misused or incorrectly stored;

Send us an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp to +55 11 95577-5286 with photos and videos of the broken product(s) within 24 hours after receiving the item(s)( s);

In the event of a defect found, you can choose to exchange or refund the value of the product(s);

We at Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais are concerned about your shipment and we pack the product(s) very well for shipment, always with lots of love and care, but sometimes the Post Office and carriers do not have the same zeal and Be careful, and accidents can happen. If you receive your order with damage to the packaging, such as broken glass during transport, we will be responsible;

The resending of the same product(s) will be done within 3 business days after receipt of the photos and videos showing the defect;

The cost(s) incurred in freight for defects or damage is entirely our responsibility.
