Shipping and Deliveries

• Our shipments are made by post by PAC and SEDEX, eventually with the intermediation of Melhor Envio;

• The freight value is calculated based on the destination zip code, weight and box size;

• Shipments are made on business days only;

• The Post Office is authorized to deliver to anyone who is on site;

• The Post Office will make up to 2 delivery attempts. After the second attempt, if it is not possible to deliver, the object will be sent to the nearest centralizer for collection by the recipient and will be available for 7 consecutive days at the Correios unit;

• It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor and verify the order using the tracking code sent to the email registered here at Pihè Saboaria & Cosméticos Naturais;

• If your order returns to us (sender) due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or due to a wrong address registered on our website, the shipping costs for reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the buyer;

• Personalized Shipping: At the moment we do not work with this modality.

Deadlines

• Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Time required for their packaging and dispatch;

• The delivery time may vary according to your region and the type of shipping chosen at checkout;

Payment Methods and Security

• We use the Nuvem Pago, Mercado Pago and PagSeguro platforms on our website for payments with credit cards, bank slips and PIX. We also offer, through personalized payment, PIX and Bank Transfer with 5% discount;

• The deadline for personalized payment by PIX and/or Bank Transfer is 2 business days, and the buyer is responsible for sending the receipt to the email [email protected] so that we can identify the payment and proceed with sending the request, with a deadline of up to 2 working days for this identification. Our PIX key is 11955775286. If payment is not made within 2 business days, the sale will be canceled and the products returned to stock;

• The payment intermediaries Nuvem Pago, Mercado Pago and PagSeguro protect your contact and payment information.
